Altitude Water Partners With Winged Solar Solutions
The collaboration combines atmospheric water generation with modular solar platforms to support off-grid locations and disaster relief operations.
Florida-based Altitude Water has partnered with California-based Winged Solar Solutions to integrate atmospheric water generation technology with modular solar energy platforms.
The collaboration pairs Altitude’s Trident water generation systems with Winged Solar’s Sparrow, Hawk and Eagle solar platforms. The integrated units are designed to deliver power and drinking water to off-grid locations, disaster response zones and areas with compromised infrastructure.
Altitude Water manufactures systems that harvest moisture from the air to produce purified drinking water. The line includes the Trident 12, which produces up to 16 gallons per day for smaller settings; the Trident 100, capable of generating 185 gallons per day; and the commercial-grade Trident 200, which yields 380 gallons per day.
Winged Solar Solutions manufactures modular, patented solar platforms equipped with battery storage. Under the partnership, the lightweight Sparrow platform pairs with the Trident 12, while the mobile Hawk trailer and fixed Eagle platforms integrate with the larger Trident 100 and 200 models.
The combined units can also be equipped to provide cellular service and internet access alongside off-grid electricity and water generation. Previous iterations of Altitude’s relief trailers have been deployed for emergency response efforts across the United States.
The joint systems target applications including humanitarian relief, remote community support, commercial operations and military logistics.
