US Consulate Karachi Spokesperson Heather Murphy extended her felicitations on the Sindh Culture Day on Sunday while celebrating it herself.

In a video message released on X (formally Twitter), the spokesperson extended her heartfelt wishes on behalf of the United States for prosperity and peace to all of Sindh and across Pakistan “on this beautiful culture day”.

Heather said that she was delighted to be in Karachi to celebrate the rich heritage of Sindh.

Marvelling at the land of mystics, sufis, poets, and saints, she said: “The people of this province created an inclusive and vibrant society,” adding that she was thrilled to be part of the province.

Adorning a traditional Ajrak dress, Heather wished a “very happy Sindhi Culture Day” while speaking in Sindhi.
