Secretary Health Balochistan Asfand yar Kakar, President of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal met in Quetta and discussed the important espects of health department and various health issues in Balochistan. All members of CPSP were also present. 

A seminar was also organized on the occasion of CPSP President’s visit to Quetta.  In the seminar, it was agreed to further develop relations between CPSP and Balochistan Health Department regarding the better provision of health facilities in Balochistan, while increasing the technical support of Makran Medical College and Jhalavan Medical College.

While also emphasized on training of PGs and Doctors and improving their quality.  Secretary Health said that Balochistan is the largest province in terms of area and has been facing health related problems in the past.  In this context, CPSP can play a key role in the better and efficient provision of health facilities in Balochistan
