Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority increased the prices of petroleum products, raising petrol by Rs0.45 per litre. After this adjustment, the price of petrol has been fixed at Rs325.43 per litre.
The government has also increased the price of high-speed diesel by Rs1.16 per litre. The revised prices will take effect under the latest petroleum price adjustment. The increase comes amid continued fluctuations in global oil prices and domestic economic conditions.
