Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have reached a coparenting agreement for their seven-month-old daughter, Scottie, two months after ending their relationship.
The former couple has shared a joint statement saying they are committed to raising their daughter together.
“We are cooperatively coparenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us,” the couple shared in a joint statement to People.
Davidson, 32, and Hewitt, 30, welcomed Scottie in December 2025, only months after they started dating. The baby was named after Davidson’s late father, Scott Matthew Davidson. However, the couple split in May.
Since the breakup, it’s been reported that Hewitt has been adjusting to the challenges of single motherhood while continuing to work.
“She’s talking about the day-to-day reality of raising her baby largely on her own while also trying to continue working and building stability for herself and her daughter,” the source explained of Hewitt’s TikTok post about trying to keep priorities straight.
The insider added, “They had relationship challenges for a while, which was very stressful for her, and she feels the full mental load of motherhood right now.”
Before the split, Davidson spoke openly about becoming a father and praised Hewitt. “Dad life is f****** awesome,” the comedian said in March. “It is exhausting and rewarding and cute. And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am.”
In May, a source close to Davidson told People that the comedian had continued to provide financial support for Scottie and wanted the best for both his daughter and Hewitt.
