China’s Unitree Technology has officially entered the home stretch of its public market debut.
Hangzhou-based humanoid and quadruped robotics pioneer firm has set August 10, 2026, as the offline subscription date for its initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market.
According to a document published on Thursday, Unitree will issue 40 million new shares, representing 10% of its enlarged share capital, and will set the offer price on August 6 following institutional price inquiries a day earlier.
Founder and CEO Wang Xingxing maintains tight operational control, holding roughly 68.78% of the company’s voting rights via a specialized differential voting rights arrangement.
As a prominent player in high-growth humanoid and quadruped robotics, Unitree’s blockbuster STAR Market debut marks a major milestone for China’s embodied AI and advanced manufacturing sectors.
