Jisoo teared up as fans shower her with love following her genuine apology amid BLACKPINK’s 10th anniversary backlash.

The emotional moment came on Saturday, August 8, after Jisoo, Lisa, Jennie and Rose reunited for their highly anticipated meet-and-greet in Seoul to mark the major milestone.

As the Eyesclosed singer left the event, fans gathered to send her off, handing her cards and small gifts as a gesture of love and support.

A video shared by a dedicated fan account appears to show 31-year-old songstress inside a vehicle, looking visibly emotional.

She could be seen with teary eyes as she waved and smiled at fans while collecting and holding the cards and pink gifts.

At one point she even wiped her tears which flooded her eyes due to the overwhelming love from her supporters.

The moment was particularly poignant as Jisoo shared a heartfelt apology earlier the event.

BLACKPINK fans had expressed disappointment over the group’s 10th anniversary plans, particularly after a meet-and-greet limited to just 40 fans was announced only two days before the milestone.

The limited plans and uncertainty surrounding the members’ attendance sparked frustration among BLINKs, who had hoped for a bigger celebration of the group’s decade together.

Addressing the backlash on Weverse, Jisoo said she felt “especially sorry” on BLACKPINK’s 10th anniversary and apologized for disappointing fans.

“Thank you for celebrating our 10th anniversary, and I’m sorry once again for causing you such disappointment,” she wrote, while also thanking fans for making BLACKPINK shine and expressing how grateful and happy they have made her.

She asked fans to leave “a little room” for her sincerity despite their disappointment.

The members then reunited and connected with fans through a livestream, where Rosé added an especially sweet touch by surprising the other members with an anniversary cake and bouquets of flowers.
