In addition to the penthouse, Singh also secured nine parking spaces as part of the deal. The total value of this property is Rs 185 crore, and the deal includes a hefty stamp duty payment of Rs 9.25 crore. The cost per square foot of this exquisite property stands at Rs 1,24,446, reflecting its prime location and world-class amenities.

She is the promoter of Alkem Laboratories, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the country. Alkem Laboratories is a publicly listed company with a market capitalisation of approximately Rs 64,278 crore (as of December 12, 2024). Seema Singh holds a 2.16% stake in the company, making her a significant shareholder.

Notably, earlier this year in June 2024, Singh made headlines when she sold 0.3% of her stake in Alkem Laboratories, raising a substantial Rs 177 crore.
