Thrive Buildings has introduced ThriveIQ™, a managed services offering designed to help organizations sustain energy performance, safety, and operational efficiency in complex, high-demand environments such as laboratories, vivariums, cleanrooms, and operating rooms.

The Norwood, Mass.-based provider said the new engagement model combines an independent data layer (IDL) with advanced fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) capabilities to deliver continuous performance validation and optimization. The approach is designed to address a common challenge in facility management: sustaining efficiency gains beyond the completion of initial optimization or retrofit projects.

While traditional efficiency initiatives often produce measurable short-term savings, performance can erode within a year if systems are not continuously monitored and recalibrated. ThriveIQ shifts the focus from episodic projects to sustained operational oversight, using analytics to identify system drift, ensure compliance, and adapt to changing facility conditions over time.

The platform’s independent data layer aggregates and contextualizes building-system data, reducing reliance on single-source control platforms and enabling both current FDD applications and future AI-driven analytics. According to the company, this architecture is designed to support evolving operational requirements while preserving long-term system performance.
