Infosys

India’s second-largest IT services company will review a proposal for the buyback of its equity shares at a board meeting scheduled for September 11.

Strides Pharma

Strides Pharma announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Strides Pharma Global Pte. Limited, Singapore, has entered into a strategic product development partnership with Kenox Pharmaceuticals Inc.

HUDCO

The state-run company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) in Mumbai.

Godrej Consumer Products

PT Godrej Consumer Products Indonesia, a subsidiary of the company, has started building a new manufacturing facility in Kendal, Indonesia, with an investment of Rs 250 crore.

Coal India
