How To Make South Indian Spinach Pachadi | Spinach Pachadi Recipe
The recipe for this South Indian spinach pachadi was shared by chef Guntas Sethi on her Instagram page. To make it, you only need a handful of ingredients and 10 minutes of your time. Here are the steps to follow:
- Chop onions, tomatoes, and spinach. Add them to a blender along with garlic cloves, imli, and red chilli powder. Blitz well to form a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add dried red chillies, jeera, urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Saute well.
- Add the prepared onion-tomato-spinach paste and fresh palak leaves.
- Give everything a good mix and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
- Your spinach pachadi is now ready to be savoured. Enjoy!
