Sabrina Carpenter can’t get over the fun she had in Texas during the 2025 Austin City Limits Music Festival.

The Espresso hitmaker treated her millions of Instagram followers to a photo dump from her stunning performance at Zilker Park over the weekend.

“ACL weekend 2 [black heart emoji] such a special night,” she captioned the post, which included snapshots of the moments the pop star sent her fans into a frenzy by taking over the American Express Stage on Sunday, October 12.

During the second weekend of the festival, the Grammy winner was joined on stage by The Chicks, the legendary country trio from Dallas, Texas, featuring Natalie Maines and sisters Martie Maguire and Emily Strayer.

“Getting to sing wide open spaces/ please please please with @thechicks was a true highlight of my life!!” the Short n Sweet maker continued. “Getting arrested @oliviadeano for being too beautiful was very fitting….[white heart emoji].”

The playful “arrest” moment is a signature segment in the Manchild songstress’ shows, where she jokingly detains a celebrity guest or fan with pink handcuffs for being “too hot” right before performing her hit track Juno.

While singer-songwriter Olivia Dean was the one that got cuffed this time, last week it was Stranger Things actor and musician Joe Keery (a.k.a. Djo) that got “arrested,”
sparking romance rumours between him and the former Disney channel star.

“You were so loud and rowdy Texas i miss you already but i do nottt miss that heat thank you goodbye,” the Girl Meets World alum concluded her post, signing off with, “till next time Austin x.”

Carpenter, 26, performed both weekends of the 2025 ACL Festival, held October 3–5 and October 10–12. 

Her headline sets included surprise guest appearances by country icon Shania Twain and The Chicks, along with a mix of fan-favourite songs.
