Senior PML-N leader Ayaz Sadiq has said that the party will not be taking revenge on anyone once it comes to power.
Speaking at an event in Lahore, the former National Assembly speaker underscored that the party would reach out to everyone urging them to work together for the country’s interest.
“We do not want to take the path seen from 2018-2022”, he stressed.
PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that his party won’t respond to hatred in the same way as politics of division and hatred will have adverse effects on the country.
Khawaja Saad Rafique stressed that the party is ready for a “grand national dialogue” which is the “need of the hour”.
Revealing that initially, he had opposed the prospect of forming the government in the Centre, the former minister stressed that the party would now take on the challenges after the leadership made the decision to bring its prime minister.
On the issue of governance in Punjab, Rafique termed Maryam Nawaz, who’s the PML-N’s nominee for the chief minister post, as the party’s shining star”.
