Prajakta Koli, the beloved social media influencer and actress, recently tied the knot with her long-time beau Vrishank Khanal. The couple got married in a dreamy setting at a resort in Karjat. Much to everyone’s delight, pastry chef Pooja Dhingra recently shared glimpses of the wedding cake on social media that foodies are definitely drooling over. The chef made a large strawberry cream cake, which is one of Prajakta’s favourite desserts.
In the short reel shared on Instagram, pastry chef Pooja Dhingra can be heard saying, “Many years ago, I got a call from Prajakta. It was her birthday in a few days, and she told me that she loved our strawberry cream cake and wanted to order it. For her wedding, we had to make this cake.”
Elaborating further, the seasoned chef said that stacking a multi-tier cake would have been difficult because of the fresh and juicy strawberries, so she decided to prepare a large one-tier cake. She topped it with fresh strawberries halved to perfection for a lip-smacking treat to the palate.
The reel soon caught the attention of social media users. Prajakta’s friend actress Mithila Palkar also commented on the reel saying, “What a Best Cake.” Many other users dropped praise and heart emojis.
