Pakistan decides to take legal action against TTP chief Noor Wali Mehsud – SUCH TV

Authorities have decided to conduct a forensic investigation into the recent leak of a call involving Noor Wali Mehsud, the leader of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

The call, which came to light on July 19, has raised serious concerns due to its content, which includes explicit instructions for violent acts.

In the leaked call, the voice allegedly belonging to Noor Wali Mehsud could be heard directing attacks on hospitals, government properties, schools, and even calling for the destruction of homes belonging to police and military personnel. The gravity of these instructions has prompted the government to take stringent measures against Mehsud.

According to reports, the forensic investigation of the call allegedly between the globally designated terrorist and Ahmed Hussain alias Ghat Haji will scrutinize its authenticity and its implications.

The authorities have vowed to pursue strict legal action against Noor Wali Mehsud, both within Pakistan and internationally. There are also plans to protest to the Afghan interim government, demanding action against Mehsud for orchestrating terrorist activities while based in Afghanistan.

Pakistan also plans to place an immediate demand with Afghanistan to hand over Mehsud to Pakistan, the sources added.

Sources reveal that Pakistan is of the view that the interim Afghan government has failed to curb the activities of the terrorist group, which includes Mehsud. In response, Pakistan will seek the immediate extradition of Noor Wali Mehsud to face justice within the country.

The call leak
Outlawed TTP Chief Noor Wali’s secret phone call made public, under the cover of “Sharia,” the TTP extremists have done everything in their power to undermine Pakistan’s peace and security.

In this nefarious plot of spreading unrest, The terrorists are targeting the people of Pakistan practically and through propaganda.

The recent attack on the rural health center by extremists in the Kreshmozai area of DI Khan and the martyrdom of innocent men, women and children is also a link in this series.

In this regard, a call from TTP’s extremist Noor Wali Mehsud, Ahmed Hussain alias Ghat Haji and local TTP commander Saqib Gandapur was made public.

The telephone call clearly explains Khawarij’s abominable tactics.

In a secret call, TTP chief Noor Wali Mehsud is instructing his foreign terrorist to carry out terrorist activities in Pakistan.

Noor Wali Mehsud is giving instructions to the terrorists on how to disturb the law and order situation in Pakistan.

Terrorists are receiving orders from Noor Wali Mehsud on how to disrupt Pakistan’s law and order situation while preventing the TTP’s name from appearing.

Noor Wali Mehsud stated, “There are two ways to disturb the peace and order situation.”

The first is to blow up a government hospital or school, take the blame for it, and threaten to destroy more government buildings and schools if the security forces destroy our homes.

Then bomb a few hospitals or schools, but refuse to take accountability.

Demolishing the homes of the military and police is an additional strategy, according to Noor Wali Mehsud.

Additionally, Noor Wali Mehsud conveys the message in the audio clip: “Let no one know that all of this has been, and if anyone asks, take responsibility for It.” said Noor Wali Mehsud.

According to Noor Wali Mehsud, any involvement in this operation should be avoided since it is likely to incite anti-TTP sentiment among the local population.

Without a doubt, Noor Wali Mehsud is saying, “Follow one of the two methods that I am going to tell you so that the damage is greater.”

Saqib Gandapur, a local terrorist, receives a covert call from Ahmed Hussain, also known as Ghat Haji, telling him to blow up the homes of high-ranking police, army, and FC officials.

Either close the schools unannounced or blow them up but this conversation will be between us only, no one should know about it, Ahmad Hussain aka Ghat Haji.

Attacking schools and public welfare centers and targeting innocent people is the so-called law of TTP Khawarij.

Mainly, this plan to spread unrest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa includes terrorist, political and non-political elements who are the tools of enemy agencies.

These same elements are also involved in such incidents and spreading unrest in the cities.

The Pakistani government needs to look into this phone call forensically right away and prosecute the individuals who are involved in this matter.
