Nora Fatehi’s lime green saree will remind you of spring.
Nora Fatehi is currently reeling in the love she is receiving for her role in Varun Tej’s Matka. The actor made her Telugu debut with this Karuna Kumar directorial. Amidst the love, she took to her social media to share a few images from the BTS of one of the pivotal scenes. Fatehi looked radiant in a lime green saree and she definitely cured us from all winter blues.
Taking to her Instagram, Nora Fatehi shared a series of pictures from the sets of Matka. She was dressed as her character Sophia. For the scene, she donned a lime green saree that was adorned with white floral embroidery. She paired the saree with a similar lime green blouse that was decked with the same floral embroidery. Unlike the usual thread embroidery, the artisans used beads to embroider the floral details which gave it a chic retro look. The sweetheart neckline blouse featured a half sleeve and was embedded with sequins.

For the accessories, Fatehi opted for a golden pearl pair of bangles. She opted for a pair of golden intricate statement earrings and a golden traditional choker. While the dress and the jewels did most of the talking, she kept her makeup subtle. She opted for a minimal base and rosy cheeks for that pop of colour. She went with a nude lipstick and dramatic eyelashes. To up the retro-chic glam, she braided her hair and let it fall on her shoulders. Her hair was braided by celebrity hairstylist Madhav Trehan.
She exuded glam and we could not take our eyes off her. The lime green saree is a perfect pick for all winter weddings and festivities. The bright colour instantly uplifts the mood and kicks the winter blues away. The key to going with a bright colour like this is to keep the makeup simple and minimal as the colour sets a bold statement.
