Her breakfast included a vegetable omelette made with three eggs and a small portion of bran bread, without sugar. Lunch consisted of controlled portions of rice, pasta, or bread, along with protein such as chicken or eggs, vegetables, and fruit. Dinner was light, usually Tunisian soup or salad with an egg. She also reduced oil, salt, and sugar intake.
