Money deadlines for June 2024: As June 2024 approaches, there are several crucial personal finance deadlines that you should keep in mind. Here are six financial deadlines to be aware of in the upcoming month:
1. Demat, mutual fund nomination deadline: The deadline for completing the nomination process for mutual funds and demat accounts is June 30, 2024.This deadline was previously set for December 31, 2023.
2. IDBI Bank special Utsav FDs: According to an ET report, IDBI Bank is offering special rates on its Utsav fixed deposits (FDs) until June 30, 2024. General citizens can earn 7.05% on 300-day FDs, while senior citizens can earn 7.55%. For 375-day FDs, the rates are 7.1% and 7.6%, respectively. On 444-day FDs, general customers can earn 7.2%, and senior citizens can earn 7.7%.

3. Aadhaar free update: The deadline for updating an Aadhaar card for free on the myAadhaar site is June 14, 2024. After this date, updating proof of identity and address documentation will incur a charge of Rs 50. The UIDAI has been advising citizens to update their demographic information, especially if their Aadhaar was issued more than 10 years ago and has never been updated, to improve service provision and authentication success.
4. Indian Bank special FDs: Indian Bank has special fixed deposits called Ind Supreme 300 Days and Ind Super 400 Days, available until June 30, 2024.
