Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz visited flood-affected areas of Uch Sharif on Wednesday, inspecting the Bhalla Jhlan protective dyke and evaluating ongoing relief operations.
During her visit, the Chief Minister also toured a flood relief camp, engaging with displaced families and listening to their concerns.
Maryam Nawaz met with the families of those who lost their lives in the recent floods, offering condolences and assuring them of full government support during this difficult time.
Officials accompanying the Chief Minister briefed her on the status of protective measures and the relief work underway in the region.
The visit was part of the Punjab government’s ongoing efforts to support flood victims and strengthen protective infrastructure to minimise future risks.
