The official Instagram account of the British Royal family on Friday shared a behind-the-scene video of the artists who recently performed at a royal event.
The artists were visibly surprised when they were informed that they will be performing in front of the king after his speech.
The caption that accompanied the post also suggested that the King or those behind the post took pride in how ordinary people react at the prospects of seeing the monarch:
The caption read, “When the choir found out…
It was a joy to invite the Inner Voices Choir to perform ‘Once in Royal David’s City’ as part of The King’s Christmas Broadcast.
Conducted by Edward Watkins, the talented London-based youth choir works with inner-city state schools to improve access to first-class choral education.”
