Colleen Hoover has broken silence on Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit against director and costar Justin Baldoni.
The It Ends With Us author, 45, took to Instagram Stories on Saturday with words of appreciation and encouragement for Lively, 37, along with a picture of the two sharing a hug inside a theatre.
“[Blake] you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive and patient since the day we met,” Hoover said of Lively, who has sued director Baldoni, 40, over alleged sexual harassment.
Hoover concluded, saying, “Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt.”
She has not commented on Justin explicitly.
Her remarks follow the ongoing drama since the release of the big-screen adaptation of her best-selling novel It Ends With Us.
Lively has accused Baldoni of “invasive, unwelcome, unprofessional and sexually inappropriate behavior” on the set of It Ends with Us.
The lawsuit added that Baldoni “improvised” kisses and added “gratuitous sexual content.”
The mother-of-four also added in the documents that Baldoni allegedly displayed a “shocking lack of boundaries” by entering the actress’ trailer “uninvited” while she was undressed or “vulnerable” — “including when she was breastfeeding her infant child.”
