LAHORE – Islamabad United defeated Quetta Gladiators by eight wickets in PSL season 11.
The match, played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, saw Quetta Gladiators win the toss and choose to bat first.
Quetta Gladiators set a target of 184 runs for Islamabad United, scoring 183 for 5 in their 20 overs. Captain Saud Shakeel contributed 42 runs, while Hasan Nawaz starred with 66. Other notable contributions came from Shamaal Hussain (21), Khawaja Nafay (18), and Tom Curran (29).
For Islamabad United, Shadab Khan took three wickets.
Chasing the target, Islamabad United reached 184 with ease in the 19th over, losing just two wickets. Samir Minhas remained unbeaten on 82, and Shadab Khan scored an unbeaten 69. The duo shared an unbeaten 128-run partnership for the third wicket.
