Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan said on Saturday.
According to the Foreign Office, the two leaders discussed the evolving regional situation and upcoming international engagements, agreeing to remain in close contact.
Last month, shortly after arriving in Beijing, Ishaq Dar had also spoken with the Saudi foreign minister to deliberate on regional developments. This marks the second phone call between the two leaders within the same week.
On December 30, 2025, both foreign ministers had exchanged views on the prevailing regional dynamics and recent geopolitical developments, underscoring continued diplomatic coordination between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
