- Social Inclusion through ‘Kitchens in Districts’: This project provides fully equipped kitchens to low-income residents, facilitating intercultural dialogue by allowing people to gather and share their traditional cooking skills.
- Empowering Vulnerable Groups: Through the ‘Atelier Without Obstacles’ project, Gaziantep trains disabled and underserved individuals in the management of creative enterprises, thereby supporting inclusive economic growth.
- Global Data & Research on Silk Road: Gaziantep is collecting data on the historical food culture of the Silk Road in collaboration with other Creative Cities around the world, in order to preserve ancient culinary traditions.
