Thandai

To make it, you need to soak mixed dry fruits for two to three hours and then grind them into a smooth paste. Boil the milk and let it cool a little, then add the prepared paste. Mix in sugar, saffron strands and a little rose water. Chill it for some time and it is ready to serve.
