EnviroVac announced that it has merged with Vecta Environmental Services LLC, expanding its capabilities and strengthening its national footprint in environmental, industrial, and infrastructure services.
The transaction represents a strategic milestone for EnviroVac, enhancing the company’s ability to serve customers through expanded service offerings, deeper technical expertise, and broader geographic reach. By combining operations with Vecta, EnviroVac aims to accelerate its growth strategy while reinforcing its position in the environmental and industrial services market.
