Pat Cummins did an excellent job, getting five Pakistani players out as the visitors finished their batting at 264 after being bowled out during the third day of the second Test in Melbourne on Thursday. 

This puts them 54 runs behind Australia.

At the beginning of the day, Pakistan were at 194-6. They had a tough time on Wednesday, losing five players and scoring only 70 runs in the final session. The game started 45 minutes late due to light rain, with Mohammad Rizwan at 29 runs and Jamal at two.

Rizwan scored 42 before leaving the field, while Jamal made a good unbeaten score of 33.

Cummins was outstanding with 5-48, leading the attack, while Nathan Lyon also did well, finishing with 4-73.

Pakistan could not win a Test series in Australia. Also, they have not won a Test match there since 1995.
