Roku Gin Fizz
A refreshing highball that balances the citrus zest of lemon with Roku® Gin’s delicate botanicals.
Ingredients
50 ml Roku Japanese Craft Gin
25 ml Lemon Juice
25 ml Sugar Syrup
Soda (to top)
Ice
Method
Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda, and stir gently.
Garnish: Lemon slice/wedge & edible flower
Glassware: Highball
Hendrick’s Gin Buck

Ingredients
50 ml Hendrick’s Original Gin
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
