Howard Stern faced public scrutiny over new allegations.

According to Radar Online, the radio host is accused of maintaining a highly controlling and toxic workplace environment, which has left his employees frightened and is described as a “cult-like atmosphere”

Moreover, it is said that he has downsized his staff by dismissing 12 staffers while he is getting paid $100million annually.

Adding to the accusations, an insider claimed that staff were not even allowed to speak with Howard at “company parties.”

“People were warned before any company parties not to speak to Howard, with the added note that people have actually gotten fired for it,” they told the outlet.

Speaking about the company’s internal environment, they said that “I think that a lot of them acted out to get that attention. You go into that compound, and there’s just pictures of Howard everywhere.”

Noting, “And it all seems light and fun, but once you step back, you see it as something else.”

Previously in December 2025, Howard had made a three-year deal with SiriusXM and proudly claimed that “I am happy to announce that I have figured out a way to have it all.”

An ex-employee, John Melendez, offered a glimpse into the company’s fear-filled surroundings, saying, “The hallway had to be cleared out before he walks down.”

It is pertinent to mention that not long ago, Howard and his wife, Beth Ostrosky, were both accused by their ex-assistant, who said that they created a “hostile work environment.”

However, the couple had disavowed the allegations and addressed them as “a thinly veiled shakedown.”
