Meghan Markle has reportedly felt powerful over Prince William and Princess Kate following a meeting with King Charles.
According to Closer, the Duchess of Sussex is ‘satisfied’ with King Charles’s efforts to make peace with Prince Harry and his family.
An insider said, “It’s becoming increasingly clear that they don’t need William and Kate’s approval, which has really boosted Meghan’s confidence.
“She and Harry believe that William, and presumably Kate, went out of their way to make life as difficult as possible for them and tried to block them at every turn.”
The Sussexes have a ‘feeling’ that the Waleses have failed in building a negative narrative against Harry and Meghan.
Despite the differences, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex aim to build peaceful ties with the future King and Queen, as the future of the monarchy lies with them.
William and Kate’s distance from reconciliation gave Meghan a ‘chance’ to let the world know that the Sussexes were never the ‘problem.’
Archie and Lilibet’s mother “has always believed that they were singled out and bullied by a large majority of the Firm, who were actively aided and abetted by William and Kate.”
