Larry Day will remain chief executive officer through January 2027 to assist with the planned transition.

Nationwide Boiler Inc. has appointed current Vice President of Sales Jim Lieskovan to the role of president as part of a planned leadership succession strategy.

The shift became effective Aug. 1. Larry Day, who has held the dual role of president and chief executive officer since 2016, will remain CEO through his retirement in January 2027. At that time, Lieskovan will assume the chief executive duties, and Day will transition to the company’s board of directors.

In his new role, Lieskovan will handle daily operations for the Fremont-based industrial boiler supplier. He will also oversee operations at the company’s control systems division in Washougal, Washington.
