Prince William was understood to be left upset after learning of a great turmoil taking place as family drama brews in the background.

The Prince of Wales brought attention to an important issue after more than 300,000 people were forced to evacuate from parts of France and Spain as wildfires grip the region. The UK is also experiencing wildfires in some smaller areas due to the intense heatwave.

The future king penned a message for all those affected by the natural tragedy.

“Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating wildfires across France, Spain and the UK,” he wrote. “We are deeply grateful to the firefighters, emergency services and volunteers working tirelessly in extraordinarily difficult conditions.”

He continued, “These events are a stark reminder of the challenges posed by an increasingly extreme climate and the importance of protecting both people and nature.”

Like his father King Charles, William is a strong advocate of the environment. He has taken important steps to find solutions to protect the planet especially with the Earthshot Prize Award.

He has been looking to find practical solutions from around the world with his initiative in order to combat the harrowing impact of climate change. King Charles has also shown his support for the work.
