Eva Longoria spoke her heart out about being judged for her looks.

In a resurfaced interview, Longoria shared that she was not considered “the pretty one” in her family.

In her chat with Today, the Only Murders In The Building actress also discussed what her life looked like before her rise in Hollywood.

“I was performative in my family because I was the ugly duckling,” she began by saying.

“Documentation is available if you need it.” 

For those unversed, Longoria is the youngest sibling and has elder sisters, namely, Esmeralda Josephina, Emily Jeannette, and Elizabeth Judina.

Referring to her three sisters, Longoria shared that “they are all blonde,” and so she considered herself an outcast.

“I knew I wasn’t the pretty one and I was like, ‘OK, I’m not the pretty one, so I’m going to be the funny one. I’m going to be the smart one,’” she recalled thinking.

This report comes amid Eva Longoria admitted that even though she has embraced a slower life in Spain, she misses the cuisine back in the USA.

Speaking to PEOPLE Magazine, the 51-year-old actress and director shared her meal preferences.

She began, “I miss my family, my Texas family… [and] good Mexican food.”

“That’s what I miss. That’s what’s not in Europe, is good Mexican food.”
