Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephonic conversation today with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. Ararat Mirzoyan.
Dar welcomed the historic peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, terming it a positive step towards stability and prosperity in the region.
Both leaders agreed to consider the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Armenia and discussed potential avenues of cooperation at bilateral and multilateral levels.
