Slink And Bardot, Mumbai

Latest and Breaking News on NDTV

Photos Credit: Slink And Bardot, Mumbai

Slink And Bardot has a fabulous new menu inspired by the Worli Koliwada neighbourhood and community. We recently had the chance to taste some of their signature treats. We especially enjoyed ‘Sunset At Slink’ – a delightfully salty concoction of Aperol and mezcal with eponymously vibrant hues. We also recommend the subtle and surprising refreshment provided by ‘Saint Nicholas’ – a sparkling watermelon wine. The new seven-course food menu takes inspiration from different elements of a typical fish thali. To give you an idea, the usual papad-pickle was replaced by a Shrimp & Tapioca Cracker with Brown Onion Labneh and Amboshi Escabeche Pickle on the side. Intrigued? We certainly were, as we lost ourselves in layers of familiar flavours presented in exquisite avatars such as Oyster with Kokum Saar Granita, Barramundi Ceviche in Solkadhi Broth, Roasted Ghol Fish with Koli Masala Butter and others. Vegetarians need not fret, as some fascinating equivalents have been curated for them as well.
