Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday said that PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif will be returning to the country on October 21, as scheduled.
He directed all party leaders to focus on mobilising the public.
Shehbaz Sharif said that the entire nation will welcome Nawaz Sharif in a befitting manner.
He further said that party leaders who are coming to London to meet the PML-N leader should also cancel their programs and give time to their constituencies for the grand welcome of Nawaz Sharif.
Last week, Sharif sought suggestions from party leaders to curb rising inflation in the country.
Caretaker Information Minister Murtaza Solangi on Sunday said that Nawaz Sharif did not break out of jail and he will be treated according to the constitution and law on his return home.
He said that Nawaz Sharif went abroad with the permission of the court and the government of that time and now when he comes, he will be treated according to the constitution and law of the country.
The interim information minister said that he doesn’t know whether Nawaz Sharif will take any security guarantee or not or if he will approach any court. “These are the questions that the caretaker government does not answer,” he added
