Jennifer Lopez has reportedly labelled calling off her major comeback “the best thing” she has ever made.

For the unversed, the 55-year-old singer cancelled her This Is Me…Live tour earlier this year on May 31 in order to spend more time with her family.

Now a source reportedly told the Daily Mail that Lopez has called cancelling her tour the “best” decision she has made.

The On The Floor hitmaker, during her recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show, was quoted saying, “You know, I decided to take the summer off and be home with the kids, and it was the best thing I think I’ve ever done.”

She further explained, “It’s not like me to do that and I always – when it comes up I like to apologize to the fans because I know a lot of them were coming out.”

Lopez cancelled her highly-anticipated tour months before filing divorce from ex-husband actor Ben Affleck.

In her announcement statement, the Ain’t Your Mama hitmaker told her fans that she was “completely heartsick” and “devastated” about letting them down.

Before concluding, Lopez assured her fans, “I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…”
